Shipping Policy
At Croxted Road Garden Centre, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with minimal fuss. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
- Delivery times vary by item type and location
- Live plants and large items may ship separately
- You’ll receive confirmation once your order is dispatched
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods such as spring, seasonal events, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Some remote or hard-to-access locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Large, heavy or specialist items: May take longer and could be delivered via a specialist courier
- Live plants & perishable items: Dispatched with care and timing may vary depending on weather and plant condition
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size, weight, and type of item ordered.
Some bulky or fragile items may incur higher delivery charges. Any applicable costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, including plants or large products, your order may be sent in separate deliveries. You will not be charged extra for this.
Live Plants & Perishable Items
We take great care when packing live plants. However, delivery timing may be influenced by weather conditions to ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition.
If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will be provided.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
