A beautiful large flowering clematis with soft icy blue blooms and creamy centres that flower from late spring through summer. Clematis ‘Ice Blue’ Evipo003 is ideal for walls, fences, arches and large containers, preferring sun or partial shade with cool roots and moist well drained soil. It belongs to pruning group 2, so only light pruning is needed in late winter or after the first flush of flowers.
